GMH Builders partnered with the West County Health Centers to construct the Russian River Health & Wellness Center—a new facility designed to expand access to primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services in the underserved Guerneville region. The project replaces an outdated and undersized clinic that was no longer able to meet the needs of the growing patient population.
This ground-up construction project includes exam rooms, consultation spaces, administrative offices, and community meeting areas. The facility was designed with wellness in mind—featuring natural daylight, energy-efficient systems, and a layout that encourages patient comfort and staff collaboration.
