Historic Resort Hotel Modernization and Refresh

Located in Sonoma, the MacArthur Place Refresh project entailed the modernization and refresh of an existing and operational historic hotel resort. Work entailed the modernization of a historic building, the conversion of a longstanding barn into a convention center, the development of a luxurious 64 room hotel, ADA standards, assisting in grading and drainage improvements, site work on the existing buildings, and stormwater treatment and retention for the parking lot; all while minimizing alterations to historic features.
