This project entailed an interior renovation of an existing administrative building. Initially, the project started as an Energy Upgrade, which consisted of a complete envelope upgrade to the exterior, including all-new storefront/window systems, Insulation, Plaster, decorative wood accents, roofing, and courtyard upgrades. Then the client added the phased interior renovations, where we completed ½ the building, then moved everyone over and completed the second ½ of the building.
